Thursday: Slept until ten this am to get over effects of last two pm's! Went to Nellie and Leland's for New Year's Dinner. Played "Hearts" and "Horse's Thief". June and I went to see "Tarzan's Secret Treasure". It sure was exciting. Walked home in rain. Mom and Dad went to Prof. Ditto's to congratulate them on 30 yrs of wedded life. They had an open house from 5 pm to 10 pm. Private Elton Ditto is home also. Started a book length novel, "Change of Heart" in Ladies Home Journal. And so to bed.
